• By entering the promotion, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
• One email will be sent each day for 12 consecutive days starting on 1st December 2023. Each email will contain details of the prize for that day and link which must be clicked in order to register your entry. The prize will also be communicated on our social media channels.
• To enter the prize draw entrants must click the link in the competition emails or by commenting on the social media post. No other entry routes are available.
• Entries are applicable for that day’s prize only.
• Entry must be made before midnight on the day the email is sent or social media post.
• One entry per person, per day. Multiple entries will not increase chances of winning and do not carry over to future days. An entry on social media and email counts as one entry.
• Emails will be sent to all people on our database with a valid email who are opted-in to receive our email newsletters by midnight the previous day. If you are not currently opted-in to receive our emails you can do so on our website.
• Prizes may differ from images used in the emails.
• Prizes may be subject to change during the course of the promotion.
• Prizes are non-transferable, and no cash alternatives are available.
• Winners will be selected at random from all valid entries across email and social media entry routes.
• The prize winners will be notified via the email address associated with their entry or via the official Marlowes social media account.
• Prizes must be collected from the shopping centre.
• Entry is open UK residents aged 16 or over, excluding shopping centre employees and their relatives, agents of shopping centre, retailers within the centre or anyone professionally connected with the activity.
• No purchase necessary.
• We will securely hold and process your data in line with UK and EU data protection laws. Third party access to this data is limited to those providers we use to help carry our services to you and we will not share or sell your data to other organisations. You can access and update your information and contact preferences at any time by visiting themarlowes.co.uk or by following the link in any of our emails.
• If the winner cannot be reached or has otherwise failed to acknowledge such notification within 3 days, that winner may forfeit the prize and another winner may be selected at random.
• Winners may be required to take part in publicity including having their photo taken for use online, press and social media.
• Names of the winners will be available after the closing date by written request to the promoter’s address shown below.
