Student Loan repaid

My student loan repayment from 2002-2004 was deducted from my pay. In 2021 it stopped, obviously repaid however, I received no notification, no statement or any communication from Student Loan. I could have overpaid, I could have paid less (doubt it), either way, I thought I would have got a statement. Has this happened to anybody else?
