My k-mix stand mixer started to sound 'wrong' two years into warranty.Kenwood customer services very helpful on phone,suggested it went to their service department to be looked at but to allow 28 working days.Collection from home was arranged,all very efficient.and I was very happy to get a message a week later to say it was coming home again with a delivery slot arranged.The work sheet said no fault found so I hope it didn't waste too many people's time,but I am glad to have had it checked over.
I do not do social media at all and cannot find any valid e-mail addresses to send a thankyou to kenwood/delonghi so hope someone sees this,after a spell of things not being very good it's great to find a customer service department that works well.
