Who do I email regarding this matter? I had a parking charge ticket through today. Stayed 2.25 hours. This must have been a recent change. No-one told me that I was to register my licence plate. Any tips would be great full.0

I have had exactly the same two responses from Costas but in my case it was for returning in under two hours, my local Costa Introduced a 90 minute parking rule about two years ago and then unknown to me last September they introduced a no return in Two hour rule. I’ve got no idea why they have done this. It is not in a town centre location if it was I’m right but understand it but this particular store is out of town. There is plenty of free parking locally. They do seem to treat their customers with contempt here when you can prove that you are a genuine customer they are interested in cancelling the charge0
