Has SayNoto0870 been compromised? Malwarebytes gives a Riskware warning

I was trying to look up an alternative to an 0845 number and went to visit saynoto0870.com as usual, but when I did, Malwarebytes popped up a message saying:

Website blocked due to riskware

I've tried searching, but can't find anything elsewhere on the web mentioning about this, so I don't know if it's a False Positive or if there's actually an issue.

Could someone (carefully) check it out and see if it's actually compromised or if Malwarebytes is just being over sensitive, please?

I suspect it's no longer being maintained as it has become largely defunct now that hardly any businesses use those numbers, and as a result the site's security certificate could be out of date which might lead to the Malwarebytes warning. I've not looked at it for a good few years but last time I did very few alternative numbers were being kept up to date.

Update: I asked on the Malwarebytes forums and had a reply:

I don't know if that's because someone's been posting dodgy links in the comments or the whole site has been compromised, though.
