Iva finished and over paid tax repayment

Hi, I’ve recently finished an iva and have a certificate to prove completion, I’ve got overpayment of tax refund due from self assessment am I now entitled  to this when I request a repayment from Hmrc as the Iva is completed?

I don't see why not if your IVA has completed.

Was there a clause in your agreement that makes you think otherwise?

That’s what I thought, It said the standard for eg any windfall is to be passed on to your Iva company, I’m pretty sure I’m not bound to the terms and conditions now, just wondered if someone knew for certain
