    Oh gods, R&R. You should see the comments made by people who have to deal with them. We've still not had the final accounts for service charge for the year ending 30 June 2022, though it's true that our freeholders have moved management in-house and away from R&R, which may have complicated things.

    Some of the regulations around heat networks have changed recently. Our heating is a VRF system, which until recently was not covered by the Heat Network regulations, but since new rules came in last April are covered, and there are some possibilities of involving the Ombudsman..

    The costs should be reduced because of the Energy Bills Discount Scheme, and there are some statutory requirements about you being informed of this. But it is quite possible that the heat suppliers (not R&R but the freeholders/developers) have not yet been given the details they need.
