Thanks @Coupon-mad
Need some more advise from you amazing people please.
In all my excitement of having the case dropped I forgot to mention the actual reason behind the case being dropped.
I had requested all my data from UKCPM and Gladstone under the GDPR laws. From UKCPM i saw an email chain (redacted) sent on 5th April 2022 from the service company of my flat & parking space to UKCPM confirming that i am the owner of the space so should not get PCNs. on 8th April 2022 someone at UKCPM replied to say the PCN is with the debt recovery already but they have requested they close their action so the PCN can be cancelled.
Clearly nothing happened as this got all the way to a court claim as far as me receiving a court date just last week!
There are multiple PCNs in my name from UKCPM being chased by Gladstone, one reached a court claim and i'm still waiting for confirmation that the others will be cancelled, both companies never ever respond and only contact me when they need to do so.
Do you think i have any grounds to sue UKCPM for all the time wasted, hassle and emotional & mental distress this has caused me? will it be worth my while?
Thanks

I think you do have good grounds.
I wonder if this is something that @bargpole or @troublemaker22 might be interested in sending you a pm about? Seems like a claim with merit so it might be worth getting help from posters who are used to filing claims.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Thanks again @Coupon-mad
Would love to have some help from someone who is used to filing claims to give me some advise here. @bargpole or @troublemaker22 or anyone else?
Thanks in advance0 -
I've flagged it up and @troublemaker22 tells me he has no time this coming week but may be sending you a pm in May. I know he can help you and have met him in person; he is a solicitor and is trustworthy.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
