Barclays app problematic

I'm receiving the 00002 error code when logging in, a call to Barclays suggests waiting for the bug to be fixed over the next couple of days or wait for the debit card card so that I can re install the app!

My wife can log in to her app but I can't initiate a switch within the app! A message says that it's unavailable at this time.... is it only possible to switch within business hours does anybody know?

It's a nightmare all round 🙄
