After some advice if anyone can help. I ordered an item on Studio and it hasn’t been delivered. It first said the item needs to be reordered in 14 days and has since changed to no longer available. My concern is the balance shows with the amount for this item £49 but I’m not paying for something I haven’t had. Getting a response from Studio is virtually impossible. I got through to online chat but told I have to go on the site and search for the finance contact info (they can’t provide it?!). I have emailed them I think 4 times, I’ve emailed customer services a couple of times and messenger via Facebook but nothing! How do I stand when it hasn’t been delivered and is not not available anyway?

If I understand it correctly, you've entered into a finance agreement for the £49, and not paying whatever you've agreed to pay is likely to cause all sorts of problems and potentially extra charges and/or interest, so simply refusing to pay isn't a good idea.

You may have to write to the finance provider requesting the contract is cancelled because the item hasn't arrived and the order can't be fulfilled.  I saw this on their website:

Thanks for your comment, they have replied to an email and cancelled the item and  the account now has zero outstanding. I’ve asked them to close the account!
