Thanks everyone, I’ll take a look.

My OH has revolute for travelling for work but that’s mostly for Euros.
Wouldn't trust Revolut at all, let alone as an only way of paying whilst abroad.

Always best to have multiple ways of paying when abroad. In the US I would suggest have a Chase current account as you can use the debit card in their ATM's for free with the spot rate for exchange rate.

Personally I have found the Halifax Clarity to be a good credit card for me.
100% agree apart from one thing - most ATM's in USA charge a fee for using the machine which is outside the control of card issuers.
So cashing say $200 dollars in one transaction will work out much cheaper than say 5 x $40
Which is why I said a Chase card in one of their ATM's. They do not charge anything for the use of their own cards in their own ATM's.
What are the chances of you finding a Chase ATM when you really need one LOL?

There is a reasonable number of Chase ATMs in Orlando, plus Chase has a Disney connection so there are ATMs onsite

Have you ever been to the US? Chase is massive and have 10's of thousands of ATM's

Just in Orlando there are 625 Chase ATM's.

There are a fair few in the area e.g. near Disney plus you can also use Wawa service station ATMs for free which are dotted around Orlando.

I mostly used Google Pay simply because lots of places are setup primarily for contactless payments.
