Ideally you WOULD NOT pay a court claim from a parking firm. No-one should.
Have you defended it now? We told you what to copy & adapt. Takes half an hour.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

You took a whole week to answer the last question asked of you and now you ask for more help a matter of hours before your deadline??
Keep working on your Defence and get it filed sometime overnight and hopefully you will avoid a Default Judgment against you.0 -
Sorry @KeithP and @Coupon-mad. I have a lot of things going on in my life right now, hence the delayed reply. I did indeed send my defence in on time and all was good, except I have now royally messed up as I got the 'Notice of Proposed Allocation to the Small Claims Track' but I was supposed to send the small claims directions questionnaire by the 28th December and I just noticed that I missed the deadline.

This is one stage in the process where the CNBC seem to be a bit more lenient with deadlines, but do take care from this point on.
The Claimant will take every opportunity to take advantage of any mistakes you may make.1 -

All done. Thank you so much. Will make sure to try and keep on top of it from now on.
