Halifax Banking App no longer showing Scottish Widows Pension Balance

I use the Halifax app to check the balance & transactions on my Clarity Credit Card. For a long time now (many years) its also displayed the current balance of my Scottish Widows Pension (this happened automatically - nothing I signed up for / enabled). Its now disappeared from the App this weekend - has anyone else noticed the same and any idea how to get it back?

I have the Halifax banking app, as of now i can view my Scottish widows pension and my stock and shares account.

Once, a while back it did disappear but soon returned, so i shouldn't worry, just wait a bit and maybe update your app.

Just checked both Halifax and Lloyds apps and can still see Scottish Widows pension in both.

In Halifax app the pension is the only 'account' showing on there as I've recently switched my current account to Barclays, was expecting to not even have access to the Halifax app as I no longer have any accounts with them but maybe that's still to come as only been 5 days since switched out.

My Scottish Widows pension is showing in my Halifax app at the moment, I've had quite a few occasions where it has disappeared and come back later for some reason.

MY SW pension shows only in my online banking but never in Halifax or Lloyds app. I have an investment ISA with both Lloyds and Halifax and the Lloyds one shows in the Lloyds app but no sight of the Halifax one in either apps. 
The vagaries of apps I guess!

It’s back this evening. I checked this morning and app version was latest. Friend with Lloyds said he lost his in their app also so maybe just a glitch or backend update went wrong.

Mine came back but the value it displays now lags 2-3 days behind the actual value per SW

Halifax seem to be having the same problem again.  "Your investments and pensions" has not been visible for a couple of days now.

The most frustrating part is trying to get hold of anybody at Halifax to report the problem.  You have to get past the AI Bot (useless) then find out that a 'real' person isn't any better.

Just happened here on my Halifax and Lloyds apps - I have 2 Scottish Widows pensions and one has  disappeared today. Sounds like  it should come back at some point...
