Money Claim Online (MCOL) lack of response

I was wondering if anybody else was having problems with MCOL and if anyone has any tips for contacting them and getting a response.
I got a judgment-on the back of a small claims court judgment-against a local firm of roofers who took most of my savings, leaving the roof badly damaged and leaking.
It has cost around £13-14K so far to have the damage remedied. That's my pension savings, pretty much.
I started a claim with MCOL. I have the judgment and the warrant. Then....nothing.
I have called MCOL; they tell me the claim is with the Civil National Business Centre. I call the Civil National Business Centre; they tell me the claim is with MCOL. Neither respond to online contacts. I have no idea which bailiff the warrant is with and the current state of play.
Does anyone have any tips or better ways to contact them? It seems clear to me that the claim is with MCOL.
