RM delay message 'high order volumes'

I posted 45 packages 1st class on the same day, the first of them was received after 6 days, at least half of them are not yet delivered according to the tracking numbers. I don't add the tracking numbers to the orders to try and prevent chancers claiming for non delivery when they see that the tracking hasn't indicated delivery, just had my first chancer this week claiming non delivery, they said that the postie had been and the package hadn't been delivered, so they opened a request, I submitted the tracking and despite it showing as delivered on the Royal Mail website on the day the buyer opened the case it isn't showing as delivered on eBay.1

Ebay did roll back a lot of their 2022/2023 changes to policy, so this one might not actually be in the conditions any more, but it is worth checking. I have checked with eBay customer services and they say I am still covered, another interesting point that came up in the conversation is that although people are getting a message about high order volumes, eBay customer services can see on their system that items have tracked.0
