Shell energy tariff problem
Hi all,
I think Shell energy has a billing issue.
I am on a dual fuel variable DD tariff (no economy 7).
I use their app to review energy use daily.
Two days ago my spend month to date shot up.
On investigation it appears that they have applied an old EPG tariff as gas is now being charged at 10.42 per KW\h. Electric is also at an old rate.
As I understand it this is not possible as tbe current gas price cap is 7.09.
This coincides with my bill cycle date on 16th Nov and I note that the figures on my smart meter appear to be correct.
Does anyone else have the same issue?
