Help - Digital Photo Frame Software

Help guys & Gals, Probably posting in the wrong place. Any way I have got this as a pressie http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.d...m=150194170377 & want to put some pics on it before wrapping it but the software will not install. Any ideas?

Are you sure you need the software? Assuming that you're running Windows XP, the frame may be detected automatically and appear as a removable drive in Window Explorer... then again, it might not! If not, does the software give you any error messages?

Gives me an error message. Has installed as harware but doesn't show as a removable device I can dump the pics in

Install the software.
Connect the frame to the usb cable.
Does it come up with a white screen on the frame with charging and also further down the screen something like pc>usb.

Use the keys on the right or left hand side at the rear of frame to put cursor on the pc>usb and select the centre button.
Now start the software it should work

You must have the software on the computer don't try to use it as a removable drive as it will want to format it and you could render it useless.

Can't install the software that is the majot issue.
