Vendor has help to buy loan - how much of a delay should I expect?

Hi,
As per the title, the people I am buying a house from have a Help to Buy loan to pay off with the proceeds of the sale. All solicitors in our chain have had signed TR1s and Contracts for a couple of weeks now, so the last thing we are waiting for is the Authority to Proceed (I think that's the phrase?) from Lenvi.
I've seen all the bad press and horror stories about Lenvi from the last few months, so I am not sure if it's optimistic to even expect exchange to be possible before Christmas at this point! Does anyone have any recent experience of being in the same position as me?

when we were with target was only a week diffDon't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.0
