APCOA ticket not showing up on system

Hi all, I need some advice. I recently got a ticket from Apcoa for missing my Heathrow airport drop-off charge. Date of notice is 31st October, I went on Apcoa's website to appeal but for some reason, my details are not showing up.  

PCN NOT FOUND:

It looks like our system can’t currently find a match. Please ensure that you are typing the ticket reference correctly and that you have checked the reverse of the Parking Notice to ensure that it was issued by APCOA Parking, as this may not be the correct portal for your particular Parking Notice.

If everything is correct, please be aware that In some instances it can take up to 24hrs for a case to reach our systems, therefore please try again tomorrow.

Any suggestion?

Take a screen print of that as confirmation and keep it for posterity.

Then respond robustly using the tried and tested method found on other recent APCOA Heathrow threads.

And make sure you are looking for it on the right website. APCOA also issue penalty charge notices for some Councils. Completely different database and webpage.

Check only on the webpage that the PCN mentions on the back.
