To be in with a chance of winning this magical prize:

Visa’s National Promotion Terms and Conditions For Disney’s Wish Inspired By Holiday Prize

T&Cs apply. Starts 10:00 on 16.11.2023 - Ends 23:59 03.01.2024. 18+. Open to all United Kingdom residents. Max. 1 (one) entry per person during the promotion period.

A. PARTICIPATION:

1. By entering this ‘Visa Disney Wish National Promotion’ (the “Promotion”) you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (“Terms”).
2. The Promotion is open to legal residents of the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland) who are aged 18 years or over. Employees and their immediate families (parents, spouse, children, siblings, grandparents, and grandchildren) of Visa, and anyone (including the Promoter's agents and suppliers) professionally connected with the Promotion are not eligible to enter.
3. The Promoter reserves the right to seek verification that an entry was eligible and to validate the winning entry to award the prize under these Terms. If, in the Promoter’s reasonable opinion, a winner is found to be ineligible, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify such winner in which case the winner must return any prize already awarded to them, and the Promoter has the right to award that prize to another entrant.
4. There will be
   1. 1 (one) winner of the Grand Prize package as defined below (the “Grand Prize Winner”)
5. The Promotion opens at 10:00 (GMT) on 16.11.2023 (the “Opening Time”) and the closing time for receipt of entries for the promotion is at 23:59 (GMT) on 03.01.2024 (the “Closing Time”).
6. For the purposes of this Promotion, the period between the Opening Time and the Closing Time for the Draw shall be referred to as the “Promotion Period”.

B. ENTRY:

1. To enter the Promotion, entrants must:
   1. Complete all required fields on the Promotion entry form at www.visa.co.uk/campaign/disney-wish website.
   2. Confirm that they have read and agree to the terms and conditions of the promotion.
2. A maximum of 1 (one) entry per person during the Promotion Period is permitted.
3. All entries must be made by the person entering the Promotion. Anyone trying to circumvent this rule by using alternative details will be disqualified from this Promotion. Bulk entries made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. If it becomes apparent that a participant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’ or any other automated means, that person’s entries will be disqualified and any Prize award will be void. Syndicated entries or those made using methods such as a computer macro, script or the use of automated devices or processes are not allowed and all such entries will be disqualified and any Prize won will be null and void. In the event that the Promotion is subject to any form of multiple entry activity or other abuse, either as described above or by way of other mechanisms, the Promoter reserves the right to include additional fields on the entry page of the Promotion’s website. C. PROMOTION AND WINNER NOTIFICATION:

1. After the promotion has ended, 1 (one) entrant of the promotion will be selected as the winner.
2. Potential winners will be drawn at random using a secure, independently verified computer-based programme under independent supervision.
3. The Winner will be notified (“Notification”) of their potential win (subject to confirmation of eligibility) by the Promoter within 24 hours of them being selected in the random draw, via the mobile phone number and/or via the email address provided by them at the time of entry. Entrants who have not won will not receive notification that they have not won.
4. The Winners must respond to the Promoter and claim their prize within 7 (seven) days of the date of Notification. The Notification shall be deemed to be received by the Winner on the date and at the time that it has been sent by the Promoter. If any Winner:
   1. is not able, for any reason, to accept or claim their Prize;
   2. cannot be contacted at the end of the 7 (seven) day Notification period;
   3. Is found to not fit the eligibility criteria for the prize (as defined in Section E)

5. The Promoter reserves the right to seek verification of eligibility to enter and receive a Prize under these Terms. • Accommodations for a total of 5 (five) nights, comprising of: 2 (two) nights in San Jose, California, 2 (two) nights in Carmel-by-the-sea, California and 1 (one) night in San Simeon, California; all accommodations is based on 1 (one) double occupancy room for two adults OR 1 (one) quadruple occupancy room for 2 (two) adults and 2 (two) children under 16, depending on the package, in a luxury hotel with daily breakfast;
• The trip must include a Saturday night stay;
• Accommodations do not include any other meals, incidentals, gratuities, telephone calls, or any other personal expenses incurred during the trip, will be the responsibility of the Recipients;
• A credit card for incidentals may be requested by the hotel at check in and therefore at least 1 (one) of the Recipients must possess and travel with a valid credit card;
• Accommodations will be selected by Element London Ltd at their sole discretion;

• For the rental car, the named driver must be aged 21 or over, with a full clean driving licence that has been held for over 1 (one) year, any drivers aged 25 or under, or with less than 3 (three) years’ driving experience, may need to pay a supplementary cost for car rental, non-EU, Australian or New Zealand licence holders may require an international driver’s licence or other paperwork; a credit card (not a debit card) in the name of the driver with available funds (value advised upon booking) will be required by the car rental company in order for the driver to collect the car; and costs associated with fuel, authorising one or more additional drivers, and any additional equipment such as baby seats are excluded from the Prize Package and must be paid for by the driver, a cash allowance for gas/fuel will be provided to the maximum value of $250 USD;
• Any necessary visas or insurance are the responsibility of the winner and guests;
• A $75 USD cash allowance per adult will be provided for winner and guests to purchase travel insurance, cash allowance will be converted into winner’s local currency;

• The self-guided fairytale house tour in Carmel-by-the-sea is not suitable for those with mobility impairments or wheelchair users, a smartphone with GPS signal is required to use the app;
• Children must be accompanied by a supervising adult at all times on all tours and experiences;
• Dinner at the specified restaurant is provided to the value of $75 USD per person, including gratuity;
• All tours and experiences will be conducted in English;
• Nothing in this travel package authorises any person to use the Walt Disney Company's and its affiliated companies (collectively, "Disney") name, brand, intellectual property, characters or reputation in conjunction with this travel package or any prize promotions whatsoever and that a valid promotional agreement with Disney is a precondition for use of this prize package in association with Disney's name or Disney-owned intellectual property;
• The Walt Disney Company, and each of their respective parent, affiliates, and subsidiaries are not responsible for the promotion, administration or execution of the travel package, competition, contest or sweepstakes;

F. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY:

1. So far as is permitted by law, the Promoter and its associated companies and agents exclude responsibility and all liabilities arising from:
   1. any postponement or cancellation of the Promotion;
   2. any changes to, supply of (including, without limitation, the Prize which does not reach the intended recipient), cancellation of or use of the Main; and/or
   3. any act or default of any third-party supplier;
   4. any act or default by a Winner or their guest (including, without limitation, not providing Visa with the travel information in the required time frames, unacceptable travel documents (including, but not limited to passports and travel visas) missed flights and transfers, resulting in the Winner or their guest being unable to activate the prize and/ or any elements of it) which are beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, including (without limitation) communications failure with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers or providers utilised in any aspect of this Promotion, inaccessibility, unavailability or any kind of failure of the internet, any relevant website, mobile phone network, any software, any hardware or any combination thereof.
2. The Promoter will not be held liable to any participant for any fraud committed by any third party, the performance of any contractual or other obligations of any third parties associated with the Prize nor for any events beyond its control.
3. The Promotion is not operated in association with any social media platforms, and entrants agree that no social media platforms will be held liable or responsible in any way for any type of loss, damage or liability in association with this Promotion arising.
4. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not received, not delivered, incomplete, indecipherable, or not in accordance with the entry instructions. No responsibility will be accepted for any entries that are delayed or that are unable to be sent due to lack of network coverage, operator error, or for any other reasons beyond its control. The Promoter must receive an entry for it to be valid – proof of sending entries will not constitute deemed entry.
5. Nothing in these Terms in any way limit the Promoter (or any other person or organisation’s) liability for (i) fraud, or (ii) death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or any other type of liability that may not be lawfully limited or excluded under English law.
6. The winners of the prize draw will only be able to claim the prize subject to their acceptance of Visa’s privacy policy at https://www.visa.co.uk/legal/global-privacy-notice.html and all applicable terms and conditions prescribed to such prize.
7. The prize is not negotiable, and the Winners may not re-sell or transfer the prize in any way. In the event of the prize being unavailable the promoter reserves the right to substitute it for one of equal or greater value. Any substitution will be within the entire discretion of the promoter. In the event the winner does not accept the substitution they will forfeit their right to the prize. If there’s some reason the prize is unavailable, the Promoter (i.e., Visa) may provide an alternative prize of equal or greater value.

G. PERSONAL DATA

1. In administering this Promotion, the Promoter and its associated companies and agents may collect, use, process and share personal information from entrants/winners with the Promoter’s affiliates and agents in order to administer the Promotion including the Prize (“Personal Data”). The Personal Data may include amongst other things name and contact information, ID documentation, dietary or special requirements for making arrangements for the Prize.
2. By entering the Promotion, each entrant acknowledges that in the event that they win a prize, their surname and county of residence may be disclosed to persons enquiring, where permitted by law. If the Promoter processes or transfers any personal information of an entrant outside the European Economic Area, the Promoter will do so in compliance with EU and UK data privacy laws.

H. GENERAL

1. The Promoter's decision is final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion.
2. The Promoter reserves (in its sole discretion and so far as is legally permissible) the right to verify, using all reasonable means available to it, whether an entrant is eligible and/or whether a winning entry is valid. 5. 6. This Promotion, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law.
