Left Octopus and can't get my money back

I have left Octopus after a three year nightmare, and they owe me over £400
This was promised by16th October
I contacted them on the 1st November to ask where my money was
On the 5th November, they said that my last bill was incorrect
On the 9th November, I got corrected bill for 23 pence
Emailed again to ask where my money is, and no reply

Anyone know how to get my money back from them?

What makes you think they owe you £400?

Is the corrected bill for £400 and 23p, leaving 23p to pay?
Does the corrected bill make sense, and tie up with your closing meter readings?

The bill shows them owing me >£400, and yes it makes sense

    Got an email now saying:
Your final account balance, including any payments received after 8th November 2023, is £433.11 credit.
We will make a payment by 24th November 2023, and it'll take up to 10 working days to get to your bank account.

Better than nothing I suppose, only 3 months late  :/

If it's taken more than six weeks, IIRC you're due at least £30 for poor performance.

When £30 compensation is applicable and is not paid automatically within 10 working days following the breach an additional £30 compensation is due.

    An update:
Octopus have now incorrectly recalculated every bill I had with them, so I now have pages and pages of reversed charges and new bills. They really are useless. I have no idea what to do now as they have stopped replying to emails and want to charge me money I don’t owe and can’t afford

Were you on a smart meter, with up to date readings, or were you on a dumb meter and without readings being submitted?

Smart meter, but they configured it wrong
It still gave up to date readings though
