Tsb Monthly Saver linked to Account?

Hi, I have had a TSB spend & save account since March 2023, opened the monthly saver at the same time. Paid in the max £250 monthly (except 1 month).
Have now opened a second Spend & save account as I was hoping to switch my first spend & save to Barclays for the Switch incentive. (direct debits set up etc)
I can't seem to set up a standing order or to make a payment to my monthly saver from my 2nd (NEW) spend & save account.
Is the Monthly Saver linked to my 1st Spend & save account?

You should be able to enter the details of your Monthly Saver as a standard (external) payee, even though it's an internal transfer.1
