Sorry, I think I'm totally confused here. (It doesn't take much these days, lets be honest)

So what do I do now? A POPLA appeal? Or not? I understand that the NTK document isn't POFA compliant and that there are recent POPLA appeals for ECP that have been successful but from both your posts you're making it sound like that's not the correct avenue.

I appreciate this is probably a bit more hand-holding than you'd like to do but I'm trying to sort this out whilst caring for a 9 month old baby with a husband who just wants to pay the fine and turns slightly grayer every time I mention the damn thing!
