Land Registry delay threatening sale of property

After 4 years of trying to get an interim charging order removed from deed, a visit to the High Court over 12 months was successful.
Now having applied to HMLR with the Court Order, the date set by them has passed (Mid September 2023). Now our solicitor cannot get a firm date. As a result our sale could collapse again.
We are at the end of our tether and cannot take this for much longer.
Looking for advice in order to quickly resolve.

Have you told them a sale is pending and specially requested it is expedited?
@Land_Registry is their official rep here and may have more suggestions(suspect they are Mon-Fri only).1 -
