  • Hello again bartos!

    Don't send a SAR.

It's not in our advice alnywhere now.
    Hi @Coupon-mad it's been a while, hope you're well.

Noted the updated advice and wasn't intending on sending one until the POC detail was brought to my attention. I think the main question I have now in that case is whether to ask they bring all claims as one or i deal with one at a time and the try and use estoppel?

@Umkomaas I can look to do this later if there's still merit to doing so in light of Coupons post?

    Thanks both

I'd let them do one at a time. Easier to kill than one big claim.

Fair point, I think I’ll ask for it as Xmas is on the horizon and it’ll ease the pressure of dealing with them at this time of year
  • So, they’ve just sent me an email with 6/7 all linked to one for o wr a £1000offering a payment plan of £75 a month 😂 The first 2 they’re dealing with separately, just thought I’d share the information here so people are fully aware as things progress

You could ask them to pay you the whole amount in one go if they can afford it, otherwise you would prefer payments to you in £100 instalments.  >:)
