ASOS Refund Dispute

Hello,
I'm looking for some advice. I made a very large order with ASOS in August. I ended up returning £670 worth of items. ASOS partially refunded me £232 and then deactivated my account for suspicious activity. I tried a number of times to reach out to ASOS to resolve this and voice my concerns around the remaining £437 refund that was owed to me. They told me I should dispute it through my credit card provider.
3 months later, my credit card company have said they can't pursue the matter because I don't have evidence of the contents of the returns parcel. I have evidence of the returns slip from ASOS, and evidence that I dropped the parcel back and it was received by ASOS, but not the contents.
I returned the parcel through Asda's ASOS returns service, and I've been trying to find out if Asda weighs the parcels, and has a record of this, as this would prove all of the items were returned but I'm not getting anywhere quickly with Asda. Just looking for any advice or anyone that has been in a similar situation as my credit card company has essentially told me it's their word against mine and they can't win the case without evidence of the contents of the parcel.
Thanks in advance!

I can't see how this would prove how many items were returned, whether they were from ASOS, what condition they were in and whether they were eligible for return.cvxis said:... my credit card company have said they can't pursue the matter because I don't have evidence of the contents of the returns parcel...I've been trying to find out if Asda weighs the parcels, and has a record of this, as this would prove all of the items were returned but I'm not getting anywhere...
Am I missing something?
Surely you can only confirm the contents by opening the parcel?0 -
Hi, I am having exactly the same problem. Have you managed to resolve it? Thank you.0
