Sumup receipt text to mobile

Hi all,
I paid for a taxi and asked for a receipt (a work conference) The driver said 'It's been sent to your mobile'. Sure enough I received a text with a Sumup URL address, though I wasn't sure I ever signed up for Sumup.
I typed in the very specific 'https' address into my laptop, but it only took me to their website, and they can't send me a 'new' password- possibly because I was not signed up to them. Their 'help' is an AI bot who can't find anything useful.
I think some people on here use Sumup- was I signed up and more importantly, can I use the URL to somehow get my receipt or am I out of pocket?
