Help with Defence for claim by Met Parking + DCB Legal

After sending my defence above the case was transferred to my court of choice, however due to lack of capacity they transferred it to another random court. The judge (District Judge Naido) ordered for claimant to file amended POCs, which they did.
Now I am ordered to file and serve an amended defence.
I have two questions:
1. To amend the defence, do I just remove the bits about POCs (points 2, 3 and 4)?
2. To serve the amended defence can I use the same email ccbcaq@hmcts.gsi.gov.uk ? Or do I need to send it to the allocated court now?
Really appreciate any help and the time you guys spend helping people fight these unfair claim!0 -
You must use the defence you submitted, strike through any parts you want to delete and add any new parts in RED. Send it to the court where the hearing is to take place.1

When you say "Send it to the court where the hearing is to take place" does it mean I need to print it out and send by post? Or are there any other ways?0

You would have to check the court website, or print, sign , deliver, also sending a copy to the lawyers ( or claimant. )Ohmy_123 said:When you say "Send it to the court where the hearing is to take place" does it mean I need to print it out and send by post? Or are there any other ways?1 -
No and yes to your questions. Please read @Le_Kirk's advice above.Ohmy_123 said:When you say "Send it to the court where the hearing is to take place" does it mean I need to print it out and send by post? Or are there any other ways?
Use the government "find a court" service: https://www.gov.uk/find-court-tribunal to find an appropriate email address for the court that has been assigned.
In your amended defence, strike-out anything that is no longer relevant and anything you wish to add, do so in red. Then, just you should have done when you filed the original defence, you attach it as a pdf to an email and send it to the court and also to the claimant or their solicitor, if they're using one.2 -
