I'm new to Wowcher so when I paid for all the items in my basket, I was surprised to receive a voucher for each item which I had to pay for again, is this how it works. Do Wowcher take your money and pass it on or is it just taken to confirm your order before they send it to the supplier. Not sure if I have now paid twice but I can't get hold of Wowcher. Phone number doesn't exist and they are not answering emails.

Wowcher supply voucher you pay for. You pass voucher to retailer for that item. No further funds required.
