Sure thanks. But this isn't just a single point of what tax date vs. tax yr interest paid counts against.
This is breaking people's fundamental legal rights, by organisations not followed the law correctly on how to treat LPA Donors. Rather more serious IMO.
Yes, as said, this forces working around the ignorance of a govt dept, by simply not bothering to give them LPA's at all, at least until incapacitance actually occurs (if ever), as they simply cannot handle them correctly legally. Pretty appalling though, such behaviour still remains.
