Total Clear on bank account

I have today noticed a pending payment on my bank account for Total Clear of £34.19. 

I have contacted my bank and they can’t find any Company details for them, can anyone help please so I can contact them and stop these payments

If you don't recognise it all you can do is tell the bank it is an unauthorized transaction and let them deal with it. Is it a debit card transaction?

Sometimes pending transactions are reversed and nothing can be done while still in progress, so you'll need to wait until it's actually processed (if indeed this happens) before taking the matter any further.

Hi I have noticed today also iv got a pending payment for total clear did u find out where it was from thanks

Hey did you figure out what this was please as I’ve had 33.29 taken from mine, but because I authorised a payment of 17p to the same thing the bank can’t do nothing, I have no idea what it is though

I had the same issue. Their contact number is 01613125979 they have refunded me my cash back. Tell them you didn't authorise these payments and you've spoke to fraud team at your bank. Good luck
