Megaflo 250 DDD stops working

Hi all. I have a 250 litre Megaflo electric water heater at my company that has been installed about 9 year ago and it's been working perfectly. In this time we had 3 sets of heating elements replaced, the last set being installed in May this year. (it uses 3 heating elements)
Since last month I am not sure for what reason it stopped heating the water. I called one electrician who checked the elements and reseted them from the little reset button from behind the control panel behind each heating element, which brought it back to life and started working again, but only for 1 day. The second day it was not heating the water again. So i reseted the elements again and it came back to life and it's been doing the same ever since. I reset it every morning and then the second morning it's not working again.
Does anyone had the same issue, or has any idea of a solution that could fix the problem without replacing the complete unit?
I would appreciate any advice.

I know nothing about Megaflo, but it seems that the heating elements overheating protection keeps being tripped.  Most likely, this is because they get out of water - either there is some air in the cylinder or (?!) the water starts boiling and fills the cylinder with steam (?).
I can guess that there has to be some automatic air release valve. If so, it can be faulty. Or, is it the thermostat if water inside boils?

If you can stand to wait for customer service megaflow did a deal price for £250 where they are guaranteed to repair it and then you get one years warranty. If it can't be repaired then you get the £250 back and in my case a free tank (my 10 year old tank had sprung a leak).
They tend to have lifetime warranties some megaflow tanks so rather than pay random engineers to look at it, give megaflow a call.
It sounded too good to be true tbh but they were good to their word.
