When I added a couple of old (Uni, Parents etc..) addresses in order to see if I'd got any credit-cards I'd forgotten about, it said that the report was too long to show. Phoned up, and they immediately offered to cancel the service & send me a paper copy in the post. Paper copy turned up a few days later, only included my current & previous addresses.... :-(0

I joined for the 30 day free trial and just before the 30 days were up, I emailed them with my credit expert account details and they cancelled my account the following day. I didn't even need to phone them up.0
