Tandem Fixed Saver Linked Account - view in app?

Hi there,

Where do you view the current account linked to your fixed interest saver in app?

I am aware this is not the same as the accounts linked to the Instant Access. I have 3 fixed savers, one I changed the details to my new bank and the others were deposited into using this account - but it would be good to view this in app, am I missing something? The agents must be able to see it.

It doesn't show on the i icon, or on the certificates of deposit to my knowledge.

If I am right and this isn't shown, what would be the best way to impart feedback, does anyone else agree that this is an oversight?

  • Click on the fixed account, then top left little head shot.
    Connected account.
    Shows the bank.
  • When I click on a fixed saver all I can see is the icon on the right hand side that brings up the fixed account details, or an X on the left to close it down?

Do you mean the connected account part under your account & settings? That’s shows all my linked accounts to do with the instant saver too, not the one linked to the fixed savers specifically

Then it shows my bank, Name only ie Halifax. No account numbers.

Sure yeah. I see that too but it has more than one account, as I have more than one linked to my instant saver. I want to see the details linked specifically to each Fixed saver (as I have used different accounts to fund them in the past). It’s a shame they don’t differentiate between the accounts.

This caused an issue once when I removed an account linked by open banking, but Tandem still held the old details for a fixed saver as they link the one you used to fund the account specifically. Indeed at that point I had one account “connected” but the one linked to the fixed saver wasn’t actually on the list! I was lucky to ask a second time and find out, as the was no way of seeing this in the app.
