I closed my monzo account and I still owe money for their flex credit card and money for an oveerdraft and the past two months I paid using my halifax account in to the account they provided for payments, they took weeks to repsond by email I never got help on the phone and I told them I do not want "breathing space" they offered as this will affect my credit score and I would pay as usual on the 8th. I can prove everything as it is all in writing and my bank statements show the payments made to them

Yesterday I woke up to 103 points off my credit score because they raised a query on my payments, this is so unfair and now I am being ignored and having the **** taken out of me by their customer service. The ceo is repeatedly ignoring my emails too and I know this because I have mail tracking on emails and it shows they are being opened mulitple times by him

I tried to raise the issue with resolver and that is where monzo customer services were taking the **** out of me, they'd ask for my details like selfie and account number so i'd send it then they'd ask it again and pretend it was a new email thread in resolver with a supposed different worker. Like an idiot I kept at this for an hour repeatedly sending what they requested and each time a pretend different person would respond asking the same question, pathetic thing is the same names were being used to respond to me asking the same question for verification before they could proceed. I eventually gave up and downoaded the chat log for evidence of their blatant mockery of me

Even the monzo community forum is corrupt because I tried to post about this and waited for it to be accepted but after 3 hours it wasn't so I made another random post and it was posted straight away and I also made another account and did the same thing and that was accepted and posted by them but my post explaining about their messing up my credit score has been ignored and not accepted

I know the financial ombudsman states to wait 28 days but how can I even do that when nobody is responding to my complaints and attempts to make this official, please anyone with advice help me as this is very difficult for me to deal with as I am a new company owner and was working towards a business loan to get me started

I have never missed a single payment with any financial institution ever and all my credit file was perfect

Thankfully, this three digit score that only you see, and isnt used in any lending decisions, is meaningless, and only used to cross sell other financial products.

Firstly, stop banging on about your credit score. You don't have one and Monzo haven't ruined it.

What you have are credit files. So - take a deep breath and describe exactly what is appearing on your files (each of them where the account appears). Then explain the status of the account and how it is being managed by you. Take the emotion out of the post so the information is clear.

Then people can give you clear advice having assessed the situation.

I'v described correctly how my 'credit file' is, it now says I have a poor score. It's being managed perfectly well by me because I never miss payments, I never have hard searches done. Of course monzo have ruined it by incorrectly stating I missed payments when I didn't

And I already told you this score is utterly meaningless.
Without the infomation asked for by @MorningcoffeeIV, nobody can properly help you. Chill out, and read it again.

Can you explain that? The score determines whether you have a good credit file or a poor one. My score is now poor because monzo have said I missed payments when I didn't

Because I already told you. In the UK, lenders dont see it and dont use it to make lending decisions. Only you see it. Its merely used to cross sell you other finance products. Why do you think its different on every credit reference site?

People obsess over it, when its meaningless.

You haven't said anything about your credit files.

You said your pretend score is lower and that Monzo have 'queried' your payments.

You've now added that they are reporting missed payments, so that's a start.  Now take the next step and break it down. You say you have two accounts  - a credit card and an OD.

What does each show? By month. Including defaults. And whether payments are as per the agreement - not as per something else. And nothing - repeat nothing - about your score.

Ok then explain to me how this credit file works when applying for loans and bank accounts, my 'credit file' now looks like I am untrustoworthy as I missed payments when in fact I didn't

This reads as if you closed a current account while it was overdrawn, which sounds unlikely, can you clarify?
