You will simply need to follow their official complaints procedure and if, upon their final correspondence with you (they have to state it is their final decision/correspondence), they fail to resolve your issue in your opinion, you have the right to pursue via the Financial Ombudsman Service. Beware, this process can take several months. Monzo will have 8 weeks to review and respond to your complaint and the ombudsman can take up to 6 months or more.
If you believe you can, you will. If you believe you can't, you won't.

    Secured/Unsecured loans x 1
    Credit Cards x 8 (total limit £55,050)
Creation FS Retail Account x 1
    Creation Credit Sale 0% x 1 = £112.50pm x 20 mths
    0% Overdraft x 1 (£0 / £250)
    Mortgage Outstanding - £137,707.00 (Payment 13/360)
    Total Debt = £7,400 (0%APR) @ £100pm - Stoozing

Thank you all for todays lesson, it will slowly sink in to my brain just like my credit score is slowly sinking....
My score plummeted too, when I settled my mortgage early and suddenly had heaps more money sloshing around every month...

Simply a sudden change to your circumstances. Externally no one knows why the mortgage balance suddenly disappeared. Soon enough your credit score will rebuild.

I know. That was exactly the point I was trying to make.

I check my reports from time to time, but only to see if there may be anything nefarious going on.

Otherwise, I really don't give a monkey's about my score.
