Euro Car Parks Petrol Station

I entered a Shell petrol station, fuelled my car and used the jetwash. I then received a ECP fine in post for £100 station, stating I had exceeded the 30 minute parking time restriction.
I contacted the landowner to cancel the fine and they refused.
I've lost the ECP appeal and the POPLA appeal; I paid with cash so have limited evidence of using the services of the station only, I did not park in the car park at all.
Debt Recovery Plus have issued me a charge of £170.
Should I continue to ignore and wait for small claims court summons?

contact the landowner, tell them they are liable for the actions of their agents and as such they must instruct their agents to cancel the parking chargeFrom the Plain Language Commission:

If they have a Facebook page it might be worth posting something there, these people routinely ignore customers but not bad publicity. I'd do the same on Shell's FB page to whilst also contacting its customer services - a 30 minute maximum is inadequate and why is there any parking restriction anyway?1

Since when is fuelling your car and using the jet-wash "parking"? If you've paid for a jet-wash, you have entered into a contract with the petrol station owner. If they refuse to get the PCN cancelled, you could sue them for frustration of contract or breach of your consumer rights.1

You'll never get a summons!
You might get a small claim but that's dead easy to defend
Ignore debt demands, unless you move house within 6 years, in which case you MUST tell the parking firm and their aggressive agents to erase the old address. No other action needed unless a claim arrives. You won't lose.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
