I would also contact the landowner and tell them the PPC is refusing to carry out her instructions. Let her know she is employing a bunch of scammers still trying it on1

DRP took the above down as soon as it was made publicly available. Thankfully one of the regulars nabbed a screengrab in anticipation of DRP hiding the evidence.MancWhite said:

You don't have a debt, and UKPC hand over these unpaid scam charges to them simply to frighten people. As stated UKPC have a no win no fee contract with DR+ and as such leave it with them until they give up and hand it back.As you are dealing with a greedy manipulative bunch of chancers they will still hope the threats posed will make them money even though the landowner cancelled it.Ignore them until they give up.2

It doesn't matter. Just keep in mind that any threats from DRP or any other debt collector can be safely ignored as they have no skin in the game as they are not a party to the contract you have allegedly breached with the PPC.MancWhite said:

The £70 add-on is just a made up figure and is illegal. DRP will eventually give up and you will be left to deal with the solicitor and the PPC. If/when they issue an LBC/LoC, deal with it as per the second post of the Newbies/FAQ thread with the knowledge that they £70 is just an extortion that they try to get away with should they get a default judgment.3
