Is anybody else seeing this problem please?

Although you can enter the address manually on the next section the site won't let you book a collection as it can't verify the collection address. 

Had to purchase a label via eBay yesterday and that worked with a collection but I don't like their label booking flow.

Still not getting any luck here on desktop or mobile. Did clear cookies, etc but still no joy. Have popped an email over to RM will see what they say.

Seen it before. It comes and it goes.
The whole thing was unavailable from midnight until 4am on Monday...
