  • Well Jon, how did it go?

  • Not really sure why are are still with this girl, I'm sure there is a gorgeous grateful young lady out there waiting for a guy like you. I know it's scary to be on your own for a while but does this relationship really have a future?
  • Ok as usual i am completely stressed about Christmas presents for my gf. I've spent as much as I can afford (£180) but because she has expensive taste it only actually amounts to 4 presents. So now my conscience is screaming tightwad at me and urging me to go and get something else (on a cc) to avoid the look of disappointment or more likely the statement of disappointment tomorrow. Whats a bloke to do? Should I have spent more?

NO! I bought my BF a nintendo WII for xmas, because I knew he really really wanted one, I didn't expect loads of stuff in return as I know he has more outgoings each month compared to me. He got me two really nice presents and I would hazard a guess at saying they came to just under half what I spent on him. But I would rather that happened then I bought something for the same price that he didnt want if you see what I mean, I don't give to receive and I bet your GF will be chuffed that you took the time to look out four nice presents for her as not all blokes would bother, I remember one auntie got a food mixer for xmas and was less than impressed!!
