eBay 'local bargains' search

A while ago I bookmarked a link that would automatically do a search on eBay for local collection only items. I think it was called 'local bargain finder'
Occasionally it wouldn't work, or say there were no items meeting the criteria. But now the link doesn't work at all.
Anyone know of an alternative tool I could use please?
