New conservatory leaks

My father has recently had a conservatory built by a reputable company, unfortunately, it leaks when it rains at the juncture where it joins the main house. They have been told on more than one occasion and apart from one visit nothing has been done. I have inspected it myself and found several areas of concern from missing select.to uneven.or distorted trims. ( I am not a builder but I have reasonable DOY experience) . My sister organised the build and paid them completely, then it rained lol...the flooring.is coming in a few days but cannot be fitted until the leaks are rectified.....any advice would be helpful, please.

Well, the only advice can be to demand fixing the problems ASAP from the 'reputable company'.

What did they do on this visit?

Have you informed them of the areas of concern?

Make sure you document everything, including photos, and have written copies of correspendence, and get them to fix the problems they have created.

Was any of it paid for on credit card or with finance ?
If so, you can chase the finance co (or credit card company) for a resolution.
