Has anyone else not received the cost of living payment from DWP yet?

Hi, I've been claiming UC for about the last seven months continuously, but haven't received the COL payment yet, even though I read somewhere that 99% of people should have received their money from DWP last week. I suppose I will have to contact them on 20th November if I haven't received it by then, but was wondering if anyone else was still waiting.

In case anyone else is in the same position (I've not been turning the heating on till I know I've got the money), there seem to be quite a few people who haven't received any payment, going by the comments at the bottom of this article:
