Wrong EPC on my address so can't apply for Insulation scheme
I want to apply for Insulation under the schemes offered by British Gas. I popped my postcode in the search box and clicked on my address. It says I can't claim as my EPC is already good enough and that It expires in 2033. Mine expires next year and we are in band D for this. So I looked it up on the .gov to make sure. It's correct on there. But my neighbour, who we share a postcode and door number with (the neighbours are in flats built 15 years ago, our house is over 100 years old) has an Epc of C band.
It's obvious that the postcode thing has been entered wrong on the British Gas database. Confusing us with them.
Any ideas who.I can contact at British Gas to sort this out so that we can apply?

I had this a few years back - next door's EPC had my address on it. From memory, I think the EPC has the name of who did it on it - so I contacted them & they corrected the error.0

I've had the same with a neighbours EPC registered at my address. Took a couple of annoyed emails to the company that produced it and filed it, and a bit of a wait for it to be put right.0

Our individual Epc are fine, all registered at the correct addresses. However it's the British Gas site that has the wrong details for my house.0
