I have been made redundant along with nine others the company is still active but the employer won't pay the redundancy what can I do?

    What reason are they giving for not paying? And are you entitled to any?

    How long have you worked there?  Did the employer give you formal notice of redundancy or just dismiss you?

    That’s only if the employer is insolvent though.

    As the employer is still active and the OP hasn’t provided any relevant information, that may not be the case
