Cheap Eurostar Tix

Does anyone know a way to get discounted Eurostar tickets? I am travelling to Paris on 4th January, returning on 7th.

Booking early, and you're possibly outside the window for that... Or taking very early or late trains.

I use it for work, and tend to book several months in advance to get a good price.

If you buy Eurostar (or UK rail) tickets through the Uber app you get a 10 per cent rebate in Uber credit (which you can use for more rail tickets). [Offer currently running till end of Feb 2024]

If you can buy Uber gift cards below face value through an employer's perks scheme or similar you can drive the overall price down even further.

Eurostar is selling tickets from £39 each way until 30th November for travel over the winter period. They are obviously for the least popular trains, Sunday 7th is likely to be busy, but you might get a low fare on the 4th unless a lot of people are still travelling home after the holidays

Only very early and very late trains on 4th are now under £100 and the reurns on the Sunday are just over £100 all day.  The good news is that standard premier tickets for many trains are often only £10 more which is worth going for.

It does take 10 hours though, each way!
