Can anyone suggest a bank that does not make it hard work to transfer your own money out?
I am currently with santander and was embarrassed when trying to put a deposit on a car as they had put a £2K transfer limit on my account without telling me, I got that changed to £25K but they are still causing problems when I am trying to pay the balance, saying some other system is blocking transfers now.
Their customer service is abysmal.
