I am travelling to the Caribbean for a 2 weeks cruise next week. While at sea, I will have access to the ship's Internet service. While on land, I will need a low cost eSIM covering the following islands ...

Barbados,
British Virgin Islands,
Dominican Republic,
Saint Maarten,
Antiqua and Barbuda,
Saint Kitts and Nevis,
Martinique,
Saint Lucia

I always use Airalo. See if it offers something encompassing all those countries.

you could always download the maps to your phone before leaving the ship and then consider if you really need to have data for the few hours you are away from ship.
