  • I fell for this MSE recommendation of best interest rate for a 1 year fixed term premium bond with Union Bank of India (UK) Ltd at 6.05%. Application went through OK, I transferred £22,500 on 13 November, as per the application form, and have not heard anything since. I can't login with my details, no reply on the phone number given, no response to my e mails. Is this a scam and my money is lost, or do I just wait a bit longer for them to get through their backlog???

Wait a bit longer, it took about two weeks for confirmation to arrive for another poster:
