The property seems to have been removed by the agent on rightmove?

If so: the OP can contact the agent. One house I was watching disappeared from Rightmove. When I contacted the agent, the agent said that the house had been withdrawn from the market and was likely to reappear again in 2024. Too late for me (I hope!) but it was good to know what happened to the house. Rather than it just disappearing and not knowing why.

In case the OP is now down to 0 houses, I've continued watching my own local market. It's interesting to see that houses suitable to me appear every now and then. For a while it looks as if there aren't new properties interesting for me coming on, then a few arrive at once. Like buses.

Regarding your comment about things being fixed before you move in, if by that you mean the vendor fixing them, it would be better to adjust your offer accordingly and get whatever the issue is fixed yourself. Then you know who did it, how it was done, and that it wasn't just a bodge job done as cheaply as possible to put a tick in the 'repaired' box.

I was planning to get them fixed myself prior to moving in for the reasons that you've detailed.

However, I've no idea how 'systemic' the issues I've noted are, the visit was cursory, thus without having had a Survey take place as yet, how would I know the total costs of repair etc so as to knock down to an appropriately reduced offer?

To confirm: In a brief cursory first visit, I noticed cracks in some of the walls together with evidence of damp near the front porch (the wallpaper is peeling off). There may be more going on that wasn't immediately apparent.

I imagine many of you can offer advice and guidance on this one.

    With Kind Regards.

I can always go back to the vendor (having had the survey done), revising the offer made if indicated.

Ground levels are pretty darned close to the DPC and the bricks being painted will interfere with the ability of the walls to dry out. If the cavities have been filled with insulation, this could exacerbate any penetrating damp problems.
Crack in the walls could be down to nothing more than thermally induced movement, or it could be a sign of something more serious. The location & direction of the cracks would give a clue.
